This blog explores it's meaning, importance, and the role of Vedas Indian culture and education. The Indian knowledge System is the collection of knowledge developed in India over thousands of years. It promotes holistic development of the body, mind and soul. Role of Vedas in IKS ๐Ÿ“š The Vedas are the foundation in Indian knowledge system. The four Vedas are: • Rigveda:- Hymns and prayers  • Samaveda: - Music and chants •Yajurveda:- Rituals and sacrifices  •Atharvaveda:- Medicines and daily life The Vedas teach moral values, respect for nature, and importance of knowledge.
